Mr. Kanes is President of Edu-Consulting International Ltd. Prior to his current position, Mr. Kanes served for more than 10 years as a country manager of Kardan Group for Slovakia, Russia and Ukraine, holding positions as chairman and member of the board of supervisors of Kardan Group subsidiaries operating in banking and financial service sectors in these countries. Mr. Kanes is a certified lawyer and member of the Israeli Bar Association.

Elanit Halevi-Yariv is CEO. Ms. Halevi-Yariv has over 15 years of experience leading educational technology companies from the ‘raw idea’ stage through conducting thorough market research, designing and developing new and exciting products and successfully implementing the products into school systems in the United States.
Gil Rozen
Vice President and CFO
Mr. Rozen is Vice President and CFO of Edu-Consulting International Ltd. Mr. Rozen was the country manager of REDSTONE Ukraine during 2009-2013. Before that, he was one of the founders and CFO of Adama Ukraine, a real estate development company, with over three years of experience in Ukraine. In addition, Mr. Rozen was founder and owner of Lee Cooper Jeans Ukraine. Prior to his experience in Ukraine, he served as CFO of Tefron Ltd. Mr. Rozen holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University.
Alyona Datsenko – Volodina
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Alyona is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. She has over 11 years of experience in managerial positions of international companies. Alyona holds a Master’s Degree in English Studies and Psychology Studies, as well as Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Alyona is a certified trainer of the company on ICT integration in the learning environment. During the past 6 years she has worked with educators and children all over the world providing guidance and support to educators on harnessing the power of technology in education.
