What is EduQuest?
EduQuest is a software-based learning solution for children aged between 3 to 7 years old. It includes:
- Age appropriate software
- Group activity unit (six-button keyboard)
- Learning materials and manipulatives (wooden cubes, blocks, shapes, flash cards)
- Teaching aids (a ten-book teacher’s guide with over 400 activity ideas, authoring tool for creating own content in the software)
EduQuest’s Courseware
The courseware of EduQuest is based on a universal curriculum with a particular focus on developing necessary 21st century skills. Eduquest focuses on developing and refining key skill sets while cultivating competences for children to thrive in the world of tomorrow.
From concrete to abstract
Following a blended learning model, the beautifully designed wooden components and printed materials are completely integrated with what the children see on the screen. This model allows them to explore and manipulate tangible accessories to deepen their understanding and extend their learning far beyond the computer environment.
Teacher Support
The Teacher’s guide provides a wealth of information to integrate and expand the learning opportunities. Each of ten topics is split into sub-topic consisting of nine lesson plans. The lesson plans cover the main developmental areas such as social awareness, elementary mathematical thinking, early literacy skills, fine motor skills and creative thinking.
